These General Conditions do not have the purpose or effect of regulating the commercial relationships between the publisher and its customers or the full use of the services and products offered by the publisher that are subject solely to a specific contract proposed.
Article 3. Application and Acceptance Conditions of the Contract

The service provider reserves the exclusive right to include or exclude requests within the scope of personal intervention on a case-by-case basis and to suggest an additional period to effectively respond. More research or intervention from an external (technical) service provider may be necessary to respond to the user's request.
When an external service provider intervenes in the user's setups in this way; all responsibility for the intervention lies with that service provider. In this case, the service provider only acts as an intermediary and merely provides maintenance for the site.
Article 5. Computer Security
Section 5.1. Computer Security and Site Usage
The publisher undertakes to provide and maintain the site as a whole under normal usage conditions and optimum computer security conditions.
As a result, the user cannot be held liable in any way for any computer attacks that may have a direct or indirect connection with the user's navigation on the site.

Article 6. Intellectual Property
Section 6.1. General Prohibition
Reproduction, representation, use, imitation, or adaptation in whole or in part by any method and in any medium, distribution, sale, transmission, or making available to third parties of the brand and elements that make up and/or represent the site (texts, shapes, codes, names, illustrations, images, logos, slogans, and other elements that may represent) without the prior and express written permission of the publisher is prohibited and may lead to prosecution in accordance with all applicable procedures.

Section 6.5. Commercial Exploitation and Unfair Competition
The Pare brand; the unauthorized commercial exploitation of the above-mentioned domain names, the site, and the publisher's trademark by unauthorized third parties, as well as any action that aims or has the effect of harming the publisher by creating confusion in the public, will lead to prosecution due to unfair competition and/or commercial exploitation in accordance with all applicable procedures.
Article 7. Limitation or Exclusion of Publisher's Liability
The publisher cannot be held responsible, particularly in the following situations:
+ Use of the site by the user contrary to its purpose, these General Terms of Use, or all applicable legal regulations;
+ Use or evaluation by the user of any data and/or services that may cause harm to the publisher or any third parties, whether accessible over the Internet or not and related to the site;
+ Occurrence of technical issues and/or cyber attacks affecting buildings and/or software, equipment, installations, and any digital properties belonging to the user or third parties, irrespective of whether these issues arise from the connection to the site and/or the use of the site.The user agrees that in the event of friendly or legal proceedings being initiated against the publisher due to the use of the site by the user, the publisher may file a case against the user for any damages, amounts, convictions, and expenses that may arise.
Site connection equipment is used by the user entirely at their own risk, and the user confirms that they have taken all appropriate measures to protect their equipment and data, particularly against viral attacks over the Internet.
Article 8. Force Majeure
The site's interruption in any way and, as a result, the suspension of the services offered on the site may occur due to force majeure, third parties, the whims of technology, and generally unpredictable, irresistible, and uncontrollable events for which the publisher cannot be held responsible.
In such cases; the publisher's contractual obligations shall be suspended without any penalty for the duration they exist.
Article 9. Applicable Law and International Dimensions
Article 9.1 Applicable Law
By explicit agreement between the parties, these General Terms of Use are exclusively subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
These General Conditions are written in Turkish. In the event of a translation into one or more languages, only the Turkish text shall be valid in case of dispute.
No deviation from this provision may be requested, including any legal dispute, and therefore no foreign element may be invoked for the application of any foreign legal rule.
The use of the site by a user from any country and of any nationality is exclusively subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Section 9.2. Restriction of Access to the Site by Foreign Internet Users
In cases where access to the site and the publisher's services is not guaranteed for Users in certain countries due to foreign regulations, connection difficulties, or any restrictions outside the publisher's control, no liability will be incurred for any damages arising from such restrictions.

If no response is received within a maximum of thirty (30) days or there is a dispute regarding the response, the user may resort to a traditional mediation procedure or any alternative dispute resolution method.
Section 10.2. Jurisdiction
In the implementation and interpretation of this contract, as well as in the management of legal relations arising within this contract, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply. In the resolution of any disputes arising from or that may arise from this contract, the Bursa Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
